Stop the attacks against the people of Jammu and Kashmir!

The people of Jammu and Kashmir must be at the centre of matters
concerning their future, lands, resources and safety. Their resistance
is a fight for self-determination and democratic rights of the people
continuously oppressed and victimized by killings, enforced
disappearances and historical oppression.

The ILPS Commission 10 stands with the people of Jammu and Kashmir in
their resistance against all forms of repression and violent attacks,
curtailment of freedom of speech, communication blockades and heightened
militarization.
